Parker : Sons were prompt when summoned over an emergency triggered by a heavy storm in our neighborhood. They also worked in several households & everyone said the lads are made for the job

We had our 1st ac regular maintance service. Came as scheduled. Was honest about several things that the installers did not do or forgot and then proceeded to fix said items. Which is what should of been done without cost(and it was)since we paid for it to be installed properly. Gentleman was polite, courteous and professional. We shall see if future maintance services run as smoothly as the 1st one.

Accursio was wonderful. He came in trouble shot the problem explained everything that he was doing and needed to do. Told us the prices of everything up front and fixed the problem. Stayed to make sure it was working. We could Not be happier and recommend them highly

Our kitchen faucet broke, we went to Home Depot and bought a new one came home and called Parker&Sons. We were told we could be put on stand by for the next day which was great. Justin Ross came out to our house around 9am the next day. Justin was so nice and professional. He put in the new faucet and in no time we had running water. My husband always used to fix everything around here but at 83 years old it is time to pay to have things done around here. Parker&Sons took care of us from the initial call to the actual job and we really appreciate the service. Thank you we will be calling you for other jobs in the future.

I had a service appointment for today that had to be rescheduled for the end of April...the guy that I talked to was so positive and had such a good outlook for your company....I rescheduled and said I hope the day gets better...he responded "there are no bad days , just bad moments " how true is that. He made my day. Dont know his name, but u have Gem with him, working for ur company. Thanks, judy

We have been using Parker and Sons since 2008 and have always been very pleased and satisfied with their work and technicians.

Wish I could leave more then five stars.... We had a plumbing emergency. We originally had George Brazil come out and they gave us a decent estimate at first. They started digging and then things just went downhill from there. Anyhow, we were desperate. Had been without plumbing for days already. Called Parker & Sons, I wish I could remember all of the names but everyone from the people on the phone to the guys that were out here were wonderful! The job got done as quickly as they could because it was a big big job. They explained every single thing they did. Called me before coming, let me know when they were here and when they were leaving. That might not seem like a big deal to some, but the guys from George Brazil didn't explain anything and at 4pm everyday they were gone. Never said a word. Calling Parker & Sons was the best move I ever made. Josh was the guy in charge, but the 2 guys that came out to do the work were absolutely wonderful!

Great service. Mike Salerno, the plumber, is trustworthy and competent. Thorough inspection, detailed explanations, reasonable cost comparisons... all in all a job WELL DONE!!!
