They came and tested my water. Kept adding drops to make it "bad" enough. Told me it was undrinkable and I would have health problems. Tried to sell me a ro and water softner for over $10,000. I tested it myself after they left. It was my plan all along...it all tested ok.

Parker and Sons have had at least 4 trucks parked blocking neighbors garage doors so they are not able to leave to go to work. There is adequate parking and it's only a 20 second walk . Worker was upset at neighbor for asking him to love his truck. Inconsideration !!!!

Have been super impressed with Parker and Sons service so far. From requesting a quote on their webpage, scheduling an appointment to get a quote on an EV Charger, to the actual installation. Our Electrician was Jose Candelario. He informed us a head of time when he would arrive. He was very professional and explained everything we would have done. To my pleasant surprise, the quote was the cheapest we have received and then we were able to get it completed all in the same day. We work so this was perfect. Jose did an exceptional job from start to finish. Got set up with the company's family plan as well, that was also VERY reasonable. Really glad to be part of the Parker and Son family. Great experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. The techs who came out were great, but the pricing was horrendously inflated. Long story short, it was going to be about 1,900 bucks for what was recommended, I called Eco solutions, not some fly-by-night discount company, and for the exact same services it was going to be roughly 50% less. Nice work trying to price gouge.

Back in February 2026 I called Parker and Sons to look at my A/C . They came changed a part in the unit and also installed a new expensive thermostat. They left saying the A/C/heating unit was working. At the time I did not need to keep the heater on, because the house became vacant. This visit cost me over $ 700. I did not have a need to use it until May. The unit again was not working and the temperature in the house was over 100. I called them again, they came. They said I needed a new motor. This visit cost me over $ 2000. Next day, system still not working. After waiting for over three hours, they came and they blamed the previous tech, saying it needed a capacitor. No cost. They left, saying the system was now working, but it will take a while to bring the temperature down. Next day, the temperature was still the same, over 100. Called again, They came and the tech blamed the previous tech, stating it needed another part. They left saying the system was now working. Next day the temperature still over 100. Called again. Again another wait of hours. The tech came and again he blamed the previous tech, saying he had not wired something correctly. No cost, except for all MY TIME waiting for them each time. Of course, for them MY TIME has no value. I will never, ever call them again. Worst company, worst service and extremely expensive.

I had an issue with my sprinkler control box. Parker and sons demanded it was an anti siphon valve. I insisted it was a control box but they installed an anti siphon valve for about $1200. It did not solve the problem so I installed a control box and fixed the problem. They are the masters at finding add on costs. Be careful

We found a plumbing leak in the wall of our house. We called Parker and they sent out Scott Swenson. Scott was awesome to deal with!! He found the leak and explained what he needed to do to fix the problem. He gave us the pricing and was very professional. He got the job done and was just a pleasure to deal with. All of this on a Sunday as well!!! I am so glad that we called Parker and they sent Scott over!!!! I was comfortable and very happy with his service!! Thank you Scott and thank you Parker!!

Excellent work at a fair price. I will use them again
