Park CandyReviews of parkcandy.com

1 star because I at least finally got the product. Customer service is horrible horrible horrible, and I wouldn't recommend purchasing ANYTHING from this company without being willing to wait 12+ months for the product. Buyers beware!!!

Unfortunately, my experience with Park Candy was not a pleasant one. I purchased a Master Gracey Backpack in April of 2023 and just received the product June 27, 2024. I do understand delays in manufacturing and shipment, but the communication of this small business was extremely disappointing. I made several attempts to contact the business with no response. Their timeline was not as was stated and when push came to shove, my backpack showed up at my door over a year later! Their products are great but unfortunately, I won't be shopping with them again.

Item I ordered was backordered in November 2023. Started reaching out to Park Candy in late April/early May 2024....cound not get a response over the course of 4-5 weeks. Finally got a response, offering a refund, but blaming a third party vendor. Asked for a refund, got no response. After 2 more weeks, got a notification that my item was being sent, and it arrived about a week later. No apology, no offer from the company on how to make it right. Unacceptable customer service, and will never order here again.

A year to wait for an item to arrive is extremely patient, checking in every few months, given credit, etc… This is excessive. This company seems like a sham, especially when the owners boast about “much deserved trips” to those following or on their email campaigns. Fraudulently representing themselves as a legitimate company is more like what you’ll find as far as reviews conclude. Not worth your $$, look on Etsy and support those on there as that site has buyer protection. I’ll be contacting my credit card company as I have a long email correspondence showing empty promises just like the empty delivery location in which my order should have arrived at.

I ordered something a year ago, it said pre-order but said it would ship the following month. Never got a status update, website didn't have any details, basically forgot about it so long that it was too late to dispute the charge. Totally assumed I got scammed. Got an email last week saying my item was shipped... Still haven't gotten it so I don't really believe it yet but regardless, I would never ever order from here again.

I ordered the Master Gracey bag in August 23’ it’s now March 24’ and have not received my item. When I have contacted them via email I get told there was a “delay in manufacturing” and they give me a timeline for a month from whatever month it is that I emailed them. I have never received an update on my order from the company at any time while waiting for my order nor any option to be refunded for my order that has now been “delayed” six months now

I ordered the llama bag in April of '23 and still have not received it. They also have not answered my last inquiry asking for an update on when I can expect the bag. Contacting through the website gets no response, nor does e-mailing. An auto response states they are "only two people." The website just continues to state it is "in transit to warehouse."
