terrible company.

I never received my product.

Ordered an item that was supposed to ship in December. It never did so I've been trying to cancel my order but they do not reply to emails so they just have my money and I can't seem to get it back. Scam.

Never shipped the order and doesn't respond to emails. Had to cancel through our credit card.

Ordered September 2nd (not listed as on backorder) sent emails to find status, told it wss on backorder. No answer on why they kept putting it on sale & emails when they can't fill my order. Due to weather in Florida, I was understanding on 30 & 60 day late but as we entered 90 days with ZERO CONTACT, I emailed again. After that email, I received a shipping notice, then 12hrs later I received an email stating there was quality concerns so no update on shipping date. I emailed again saying it was shipped and I see the bag is now $40 instead of $59 and their customer service only replied that yes it shipped. I have bought from them before and it's been ok...this was a deal breaker. The bag colors are muted. Not UP ish or wow but fine for disney bounding. Just really felt like my order was a hassle and I was bothering them during the over 90 days. If they hadn't been sending emails constantly to buy from them or about their sales, it might not have been such an annoying wait. Order if it's not time sensitive, but check with credit card company because I pay my bill off monthly and some companies have time limits on complaints

I pre-ordered the Master Gracey bag in early 2023 with an expected arrival date of late summer. I was hoping to give it to my wife in late 2023 as a birthday gift. As months went on I began trying to contact the company for updates, but would get either no response or a robot chat reply which was never helpful. I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of updates as well as the lack of response to my inquiries. I spent money on a product with an estimated arrival date, and didn’t get the product for almost a year and a half. There was never any compensation for the delay and I didn’t feel as though the couples of times I got in contact with a real support person that they were very empathetic. I adored this company, but won’t be giving them my business anymore after this experience.

The lack of communication is becoming frustrating to say the least. I, like many people are frustrated with this situation as I am sure your team is too, but not responding to a customers emails or communications is not acceptable for a business. I have been very patient and understanding with your company’s unfortunate issue with the purses, but it has been a year plus now that purse orders are delayed. In my opinion, when the issue arose with your previous manufacturer and you decided to hire a new one and start over, peoples orders should have been refunded and new orders halted until production is up and running smoothly. I am a small business owner as well, I get that things out of your control can happen, but leaving orders open for a year, not responding to customers emails or messages is not professional or fair to the customers that keep your business open. I have emailed your team 4 times trying to cancel orders over the last 6 months and NEVER got a response.

Severe lack of communication. Same email response no matter what the questions were and no updates. Took over a year and leaving multiple comments on social media to get response.
