The back pack itself is beautiful and I can't wait to use it at the parks. But it was a pre order said to ship out in May. May came and went with no communication or update on my order. Having had a similar issue back before COVID of preordering something and not getting my items for nearly 2 years and then needing to exchange a size and them not have it, this concerned me. I emailed and got a response that seemed very broad and not concerned with my concerns. However, I finally received the item and, as I said it is lovely. If they cannot fulfill preorders at the time they say on their site they shouldn't specify, or better yet over shoot the date and get the item to the customer before they expect it. That would have changed this experience stars to 5.

The order took more than a month with no communication from the company or the website. You really need a phone number to talk to a person.

I preordered a bag that took over a year to actually be delivered. I’m not sure I would order again.

The bag is great quality, but is overshadowed by the fact that it took such a long time to arrive. Over a year! And there wasn't a lot of communication in between. I had to check the website for general information every couple of months to see a status update.
