I am still waiting on the delivery of a shirt. I was issued a tracking number several weeks ago. I reached out to customer service and they blamed USPS. I contacted USPS, they say that although a shipping label was created, the item was never picked up or dropped off with them. Somehow I can't get an answer from anyone that isn't a Park Candy bot. Meanwhile I keep getting requests to review my experience, I was holding off, but... It really too bad, I LOVE the button up shirts, I own quite a few, but this has been a bad experience. I am assuming the order is lost, hopefully it can be replaced.

I ordered items that took over a year to receive even though I attempted to contact you four times but your robots kept saying my order was coming. Horrible service but product is nice.

I placed an order 1/31/2025 for 4 items. I received one of the items. Seven months later and no response from Park Candy despite me reaching out repeatedly. At this point I just want my money back.

Park Candy used to be one of those companies that my husband and I would tell everyone who was willing to listen about. Their collared shirts were amazing quality, the prices **used** to be great, and they were Disney "adjacent" enough for our liking. They kept hiking up the prices to where now you can get a RSVLT (legal Disney licensing) for literally the same price. All of that aside, the nail in the coffin for us was the shipping time. I understand that the biggest delay has been manufacturing, but my order was delivered yesterday and it was originally placed October 2024. At the time they did mention that it was a "pre-order" and that they would be shipping in December - January and that date kept getting pushed back further and further. So much time had passed that I actually ended up moving and I had to contact the company to change my shipping address. The rep trying to help me went so far to say they were unaware of when shipping would take place that they could just cancel my order if I wished. After waiting close to 10 months for my order they didn't even include a coupon or anything? Truly so disappointed in this company.

I never received my item and my numerous attempts to cancel and get a refund went unanswered. Suddenly I got an email saying my order has been shipped and delivered months after I cancelled because I moved. Now I don't have the purse or the money. This is after I got an email from the "owner" in January saying shipping of the item I ordered in October would resume at the end of February. Here we are 5 months later and all the sudden the item has been delivered to a house I don't live at and their help email just has you talk to a bot that says customer support will reach out and they never do. I will not do business with Park Candy again. This experience has been absolutely horrible.

Almost a year to ship a bag. No email updates until i demanded a refund multiple times.

Buyer beware. I ordered my purse almost a year ago. Even though it said that it was available on the website and Park Candy took my money they didn’t send my purse. I had to start emailing them every few weeks but all I got were excuses. I also couldn’t get a refund. Thankfully , I finally got my purse after more than 10 months. They didn’t give me a discount , coupon, or apology. I’m so disappointed by their customer service. I won’t be buying from the or recommending them to others based on this experience. It’s too bad because they have cute merch but it’s not worth the risk.

Products take months to almost a year to ship. Customer service is no different. Would never purchase from again.
