Paid a lot for bottles that were clearly used with lots of liquid missing. I asked Parfumsvintage to help correct this - either by sending what's missing or issuing a partial refund - instead they insisted I needed to buy more bottles and that they might then discount the shipping costs of the 2nd order. As if anyone would make a second order to correct an earlier order lol. Very rude and non-professional customer service. Thankfully paid with Paypal so was able to get a refund as they sided with me straight away. Avoid like the plague.

Their products are cheaply made, well overpriced, spend a little extra and get genuine products. If you have any issues with anything you purchased then you have a big problem because when you email nonexistent customer services several times, you will eventually get someone who recently escaped from Amazon jungle or from a mountain who has never seen human before, doesn’t have a clue about customer satisfaction. With one word a real Eskimo. Seriously this is how it is.

Any inquiries general or otherwise are ignored, I understand that if they are busy, but complete radio silence after a parcel didn't arrive and subsequently did 3 weeks later but damaged, is just not on. Accusations of you trying to deceive them fly eventually (this is the only contact I received back). So thats it, I'm out of pocket, I have a late and smashed bottle of perfume and a very bad feeling after being treated so badly. Avoid.
