Almost everything in this company is botched, lazy and careless, their service and their product. But definitely not their marketing, amazing what you can achieve with a well-used advertising budget in this market. Assuming your samples or bottle arrive with enough perfume left in them for you to try it and realise what a sham those perfumes are, do remember never to trust again the influencers who convinced you this was worth anything. Or better yet, don't fall for it in the first place. What a joke.

I sent a note to them about some confusing discounts they had on the website. I wasn't even mean about it. I went through why it was confusing and asked them to honor the original offer They responded by calling me a narcissist, I'm the only one that pointed it out, and not to order from them. They finished with a ban from ordering like I would anyways. Pretty much jerks about it.

Selling fragrances with the smallest bit of scent . ripping people off marketing. product is garbage . you would think that it would be good because of the size and cars but no, you do better buying some namebrand stuff from Walmart.

I have been a customer of Parfums Vintage and have been very happy with many of their fragrances, but my recent customer-service experience was extremely disappointing. I requested cancellation of a preorder on 8/2 and followed up on 8/8 and 8/12 after receiving no response. I eventually opened a PayPal case to recover the payment. After I provided PV with copies of my email correspondence, they accused me of fabricating the emails and claimed the metadata was an attempt to mislead PayPal. They also threatened to report me to PayPal and request that my PayPal account be closed. PV eventually issued the refund, but subsequently cancelled my other pending orders and closed my customer account. I understand that businesses can choose whom they do business with, but the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, a significant customer-service red flag. I am sharing this so prospective customers can make an informed decision.

Youngin saved up his money to buy from them. Received a leaky bottle. He wanted to handle it, emailed them asking for a refund. UPS wouldn’t accept the bottle, and they emailed him basically cursing him out.

Quick shipping, good customer service and lovely scents. Used them since 2016.
