Incredibly helpful over the phone
Incredibly helpful over the phone, and in subsequent emails; product arrived quickly, and in excellent condition. Price point was about half of other lightweight chairs.

The quality of the absorbents is not as good as before.
I got my order in thee different shipments. Also, the bed pads were not as absorbent, the quality is not as good as before.

We're sorry you were not pleased with the delivery of your last order, where the items were sent in three different shipments. We always ship from the warehouse nearest to you but not every warehouse has the same stock all the time. In that case, the item will ship from the next closest warehouse with stock. That is what happened with your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We called the manufacturer of the Ultrasorbs Air-Permeable SuperDry Underpads to see if there have been any changes that would make them less absorbent, but was told no changes have been made. However, we would like to find an underpad that works well for your situation. Two samples of our best selling underpads are being sent to you at no charge. Please call our Customer Care Team at 888-746-2107 if you need further assistance in selecting another product. Thank you.

Everyone was polite but the item I wanted was out of stock. They didn't know it until I called looking for my delivery.

I wish I had found this sooner. It makes it so much easier for my 92 year old dad to get in and out of bed. He loves it
