Ordered from them and after a week I still not received the items I purchased. When I ordered the web site said the items were in stock.

We sincerely apologize for the issue with your order. Our distributor, who is also the manufacturer of the item, did not inform us of the shortage until after your order was placed. That is not the way we want to treat our customers! You were contacted by email by one of our Customer Care agents regrading an estimated shipping date. Today our distributor informed us that it may be on or around April 15th before the item is back in stock. We regret the lengthy delay. We will also be emailing you additional information today. I can assure you that we can usually be replied upon for a much better service experience!
