my experience with Parentgiving is a beautiful journey. When I call The representative that I speak with knows what I and calling about even if I give a vague description of the item and if they don't have it they let me know that they don't carry it with and apology. they know me and treat me like they have known me for years.

Tracking info is given as a possibility with order confirmation but is not really possible. Being able to anticipate delivery is critical.when a company is dealing with older folks who have mobility issues, especially in condo/apartment situations where secure delivery is not possible without recipient being home. Ordering process is OK, the selection is as required but the delivery time is a bit much. Order placed 2/26/19 today is 3/5/19 and the product has not arrived as yet.
