PRICE INCREASES: 7-2018 $0.31 / 2-2019 $0.34 / 2-2020 $0.34 / 9-2020 $0.49. Why? In 2 years, that $0.18 represents a 58% PRICE INCREASE. From 2-2020 to 9-2020, that $0.15 represents a 44% PRICE INCREASE. The previous $0.03 increase represented a 9% price increase. There is no justification for the 44% price increase, none. I've used this brand of booster pads for decades (obviously that means I'm an "enduring" family caregiver) and have used many suppliers. I've ordered other products in the past because I buy these from you and had been so happy with you. I'm certainly now looking for a new supplier or new product.

USPS Premium Tracking™ Available Status Delivered September 18, 2020 at 8:47 am Delivered, Individual Picked Up at Postal Facility AUSTIN, TX 78723 While the product purchased had all the bells and whistles we wanted for our situation, it was not compatible with the service that my Mom has and we could not figure a work around (even had an official Verizon tech try). So there was no point of keeping a phone at that price, that did not give her what she wanted most. I had to request an RMA to return and pay with my own money, we weren't happy with that because we had no way of knowing whether the phone purchased would work or not. A downside when making online purchases. We've still not received any confirmation or refund for the returned product, that was returned with insurance.

The products are great.

Our Upwalker arrived promptly as soon as it was back in stop. My husband is totally enjoying it and can finally go for walks around the neighborhood safely. It gives us both peace of mind.
