As per our telephone conversation today. I am sorry that the strap did not fit your king size bed. It should fit both a California king and a king size bed. Ive done a lot of buisnes,s threw the times.But ive never meet anybody that has great customer care like ur company. Razer and babykins seem to have an issue. they charge to much and have no customer care like your company. Keep it up. You will have my sales for now on. Thank u very much.
