My experience with the Parentgiving site has been very good. They have a good variety of products, the pricing is good and the ordering process is very easy.

I really like this company, the deliveries are fast and if there is a problem, they let you know right away. The selection of products is great. I really like that you can get samples on a lot of things. This really helps when you are starting out. I would highly recommend Parentgiving to friends and family.

I recently purchased a "Drive Medical Splash Defense Transfer Bench" from Parentgiving, for my 95-year-old father, who recently passed away. We received the bench quickly, but because of my father's rapidly declining health, we never had a need for it, and I never opened the package. My father recently passed away, and after the funeral, I got to cleaning up the house, tying up loose ends, etc. One of those loose ends was to return the unused, unopened bench to Parentgiving. It turns out that PG has an entirely arbitrary 30-day return policy. I contacted them a little over 60 days after my purchase. They are refusing to accept the return. But, yeah--I get it. I had more important things to deal with than returning a shower transfer seat at the time. I was hoping a company that prides itself on compassion would be more...compassionate. Needless to say, I am not happy about this situation. I was busy getting my father in and out of hospitals, rehab centers, and, eventually, a funeral home in the last two months. I expected better from a company named "Parentgving." I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to recommend AGAINST buying from a company with such heartless policies.
