We ordered items for a relative to prevent falls out of bed or in the shower - a transfer handle for the bed and some strategically placed suction cup handles for the bathroom . We've had them about a year and all items have been working well and given us peace of mind. The handles for the bathroom that are screwed into the wall are preferable, but they're beyond my skill to install. The suction cup handles have been excellent and they're easy to install. I recommend checking them every so often to make sure they're secure, but we haven't had any worries. The company's customer service is excellent .

The Rollator shipped to us had a manufacturing flaw. Nova replaced it and we love the new unit. Wewish that your sales person had been able to discuss cupholders with us.
