Order was value priced and arrived ahead of the delivery date.

The ordering process was easy and the item shipped quickly. However, it did sit in the FedEx office in Memphis for several days before being delivered. Memphis is just 45 minutes from my house. So FedEx didn't do so well.

I ordered some incontinence underwear for my mother from Parentgiving but did not have the right fit. I called Customer Service and spoke to a very pleasant female with a British accent. She sent me some samples and my mother decided on Dry Direct. Thanks for your help and your quick shipping. I ordered the box with 80 in it. I would certainly recommend you all.

Ordered a shower bench. Price was reasonable and delivery was as expected, given the product size and where it was being sent. I had an issue with a damaged part that I discovered after opening the package.
