I got the samples quickly, loved the diapers, placed an order which also came quickly. I'm impressed by the quality of the diapers and the fast service.

Service so far is great and phone personal very polite and helpful.

I ordered the pads and received them the next day via FedEx. I tried them last night and this morning when I changed my husband, the leakage was minimal. Just a small amount of liquid showing on the underpad. They worked so well that I cancelled my subscription to the other brand I was using (my husband would be soaking wet in the morning). I also used them prior to going to bed and there was no leakage at all. I will be cutting down on my laundry as well.

ordered your drydirect ultimate underwear because you rated it as no leak. within the first hour while falling a sleep it was leaking in the bed. i sent an email to return a product that didn't perform and received an email within minutes stating you don't accept opened packages. What should I do now with a poor product?
