easy purchase quick delivery

Accurate and timely delivery of scheduled products to my husband’s care facility. Saves me so much time and worry.

There was some ongoing confusion regarding products I purchased which I thought were finally resolved. I called them the other day ,surprised that the new size booster pads were smaller than expected..and telling them it must be an error, I had been advised to buy a heavier booster pad. A woman named Helen, with a British accent was extremely rude to me on the phone.She stated that I am now NOT Allowed to order with them anymore. She said I took up too much of their time and seemed unsatisfied with their service. I asked her to reconsider, now that the issues were being straightened out. No chance of that after she kept cutting me off and repeatedly telling me she will not do anything further to assist me. She told me it would cost me more to return the smaller pads than to keep them…even though they are small and useless to me. Absolutely rude and harsh..and making my work as a full time family caregiver more frustrating. Helen, who claimed she was in charge, was completely unconcerned and actually hurt my feelings with her very judgmental and mean comments. Helen, you need to learn to show some compassion for others. We are caregivers with endless stressful things to deal with…remember that before you open your mouth to speak. By the way.. I found the products I liked from your site cheaper on quite a few other sites. I hope Helen’s boss sees this review.

The rep we had was the best,very helpful and professional. Took her time and explained everything. I wish I would’ve gotten her name, I’d like everyone to know how great she was. She made my experience so nice, wish everyone was like her
