Crew was wonderful professional and…
Crew was wonderful professional and very nice people. We became friends with all three crew. Interesting and intelligent people. Aircraft was as advertised. Everything ran according to schedule and extremely well handled. Very satisfied.

We were looked after incredibly well
We were looked after incredibly well, would definately use them again, the only complaint was the private jetbase at Faro airport Portugal didn't exist and we had to walk all through the main airport and the ladies struggled with their shoes. Manchester was door to plane, fantastic. I thought that we would have the same at Faro. But Paramount were great maybe need to check on the service given at each end ??

Dear Mr. Hickson, We are pleased to hear your feedback and that you were looked after well. In regards to Faro, there is no general aviation terminal or FBO at Faro, so all private flight passengers have to go through the same process, assisted by the handler. We regret the inconvenience but it's not in our hands to change that.
