I subscribed to Rich Dad Poor Dad Letter and half way though my subscription they said the newsletter has ceased publishing and that they are giving me a subscription to some other random newsletter instead. That is not what I wanted or what I paid for. I understand that sometimes newsletters are discontinued, but I should have at least been given the option to receive a pro-rater refund instead. I tried to contact support twice regarding this, but I haven’t received a response.

Paradigm Press and Tim Sykes lied about a morning profits group and what it would include. They breached their contract and refuse to refund 3k for the 1 year program. Never do business with this company at all costs.

Scam artists using names like kiyosaki and Rickard to get you to give up your money. They aren’t saving YOU from a Great Depression they’re saving themselves from a Great Depression by stealing your money!

I placed an order for a packaged deal on the book and news letter with reports. I never received an invoice or anything to lead me to the reports. I finally saw access at the bottom of one of the very salesy news letters and figured out how to log in. When I did and looked at my subscription, it said nothing about reports or other material, just the news letter so I didn't think to click that since I've been getting mass mail from them everyday. Once I was able to get through to them by phone, I was not told where to find the reports even though I told them I had paid for something more, so since I didn't think a spam style news letter and a free book was worth $250, I cancelled and was refunded. Then I received an email confirming that I had had access to some kind of reports. So I called back ( make sure you did so half an hour before they say they close) and had to tell my story to three people before receiving any help. The third person was snarky and sharp and wouldn't let me speak with out a fight and just kept repeating to me that since I was not a paid subscriber he could not do anything. I told him I had been a paid subscriber and when I was a paid subscriber I was not getting the help I needed that was why I unsubscribed. So, he finally told me where I was supposed to go if I had been a subscriber and when I went on to the website low and behold I had not logged out and I was still on. So, while he was on the phone I decided to look at the titles and the descriptions of each of the reports that were listed, while he insisted I was not supposed to be there and I shouldn't be looking at any of that even though I had previously paid for it and never did find it. I had asked him if I could speak with someone else on two occasions because I was hoping for someone more mature and professional, but he wouldn't do that. So, we finally agreed to end the call while I looked things over. I took snap shots of just the titles and descriptions to decide if we will purchase it again ( which I could have done any way, had I been informed where to go in the first place, so I don't see an issue with reviewing what I had tried to before. I spent weeks trying to figure this out, I deserved to at least known what we were dealing with. I did not read the reports). So, over all not very good costumer service and if it wasn't for how much I appreciate Kiyosaki I would say not worth it. We may go back, but this time ready to deal snarkiness and bad web design.

I paid for the Rich Dad newsletter. Over 2 months in, I only received 1 pdf version of the newsletter, and no mailed version that I was also paying for. I emailed customer service 3 times over a 2 week period and got no response. I called and they said, "Oh well, looks like the new one isn't posted yet." We are not obviously a priority to them, so I requested a full refund and will never pay them for another subscription service. I recommend staying far away from this company, if you have any problems, good luck dealing with their awful customer service.

Great company that stands behind their products.
