Disappointed
Got two months to get to me. Got lost or sent back to the sop. Had no information. There was a birthday gift, never had any kind gesture for the delay even though it was my second purchase in the row. So disappointed
Response from paperwrld.comApr 5, 2023
Dear Manon, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're sorry to hear that your package was delayed and eventually returned to the warehouse. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when it was meant to be a birthday gift. We want to explain that in some cases, packages may be delayed or returned due to factors beyond our control, such as customs issues or incomplete address information. We strive to ensure timely delivery of our products, but sometimes these delays are unavoidable. Regarding the lack of communication or gesture for the delay, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will take this feedback into consideration and work towards improving our customer service in the future. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future. Best regards, Paperwrld
