Dear TZA, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. The mix-up with your order was due to an error at our third-party shipping center, where your package label was mistakenly swapped with another order. While this was outside our direct control, we take full responsibility for ensuring the issue is resolved. We have already reshipped your correct order and sent you an email with all the additional details, including the new tracking information. Please check your inbox for further updates. Your feedback about the checkout process and customer support is very important to us. We are actively working to address these concerns and ensure a smoother, more reliable experience for all our customers. Thank you for your patience, and we’re committed to making this right. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to us directly. Sincerely, The PaperWrld Team

Dear Michelle, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We completely understand your concern and would like to clarify our shipping policy. At Paperwrld, we offer free shipping for orders over €50. However, for orders under this amount, a standard shipping fee applies. If a coupon code is used and the total falls below €50, the shipping cost is automatically added to the order, but you still enjoy the savings provided by the coupon. We strive to be as transparent as possible with our policies, and your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve. If you have any further questions or need help with your order, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again soon! Best regards, Paperwrld Team
