I have been using PaperCulture now for about 12 years and my experience with them has been phenomenal during that time. A couple of my favorite things with them is : 1) easy photo mobile upload 2) address book that has all my contacts so I can just click on my contacts and send any of my contacts a card 3) the designer help which has a crazy quick turnaround 4) customer service speed to help and turnaround. 5) card delivery which on many occasions I have been late submitting but PaperCulture still gets my cards to me on time for the holidays. 6) huge amount of card selection and styles 7) ease of card creation. 8) the environmental “green”importance of their company and planting trees for each order. Those are just a few of my favorite highlights. I haven’t seen any other similar company with all of these qualities. I have ordered my holiday cards from Paper Culture since 2013 because of the outstanding service I have received time and time again. Every year I order my cards at the last minute and every year the customer service staff turn around my proofs and answer any questions I have with urgency and professionalism!

I have used Paper Culture for my holiday cards for years. A million designs to choose from, high end paper…. Just a quality product. Customer service experience is great, even when I am nit-picking on little details I want to change. Love this company. Can’t recommend enough.

Not a single person (all over the country) received our holiday cards that we had sent directly from paperculture. We have people literally spanning the whole country and nobody has received anything.

I ordered my holiday cards on 12/11, bypassed the proof stage so that they would get to me by 12/15 (their confirmed arrival date when i placed the order). It is now 12/22 and the order is lost by their chosen USPS carrier. I have left 5 voicemails and submitted a form online too and no one will get back to me. HORRIBLE dont use them. it is discounted so heavily for a reason...

Terrible customer service. They don’t know how to make things right after making mistakes. Speaking with manager felt like I talked with AI.

The ONLY reason I come back to this company is because all of my recipient addresses are stored in their system and they will address the envelopes for free. I hate that, unlike every other photo card company, you cannot edit your own card if you want any changes from the original design. They give you two free "professional" edits, but every single time, no matter how specific my request is, they do something that is clearly not what I asked for. Then, once you ask for that first edit, you cannot make any changes to the card on your own unless you ask for another "professional" edit, and of course you are now out of free edits so they try to charge you $20 extra. Every. Single. Year. They also now try to automatically charge you extra for special font on your envelopes, unless you go to a pop up window and scroll to the very bottom and select "plain." This all just screams that they are trying to scam any extra money out of you that they can.

I’ve ordered Christmas cards from Paper Culture before and they used to arrive on time. However, last year I placed my order at the end of November, and the cards didn’t arrive until December 24th! The shipping date was changed four different times. Their customer service is basically nonexistent.I emailed, left messages, and only got a response after tagging the CEO on X. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration.
