Papa John's InternationalReviews of papajohns.com

What are they selling? Should be the question. (1. The pizza was DRY like cornbread not to mention (2 it wasn't even warm.(3. Extremely overpriced and would be deemed unacceptable. Store location- U.S. Hwy 84 West in Dothan Alabama.

It was trash, i would give it a 0 if i could

I ordered delivery and 15 minutes before it was supposed to arrive they said they gave my food to a doordasher… The estimated arrival time immediately jumped up 45 minutes and I have to wait on the dasher to complete another order before mine. Whats even the point of ordering from here? If i wanted a doordasher I wouldve ordered it through doordash. Absolute disgusting behavior.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with management here was extremely unprofessional. I was called and screamed at over the phone while the manager was actively in the store around customers and employees. Regardless of the situation, that is not an appropriate way to speak to staff. The issue was based on claims made by a coworker who was apparently close friends with the manager. Even after explaining my side of things, it felt like the decision had already been made before I was even given a fair chance to speak. I was later fired and told I could never work for Papa John’s again. I understand employers can make staffing decisions, especially if someone is leaving for another job, but there’s still a professional and respectful way to handle employees. The entire situation left me with a very negative impression of the management and workplace culture. If anyone from upper management sees this, I would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to explain my side of the situation, because I do not feel I was treated fairly. However, after the way everything was handled, I would prefer not to have further communication with Steven directly. 5400 S 56th St Suite 5, Lincoln, NE 68516

After your note to customers that a delivery fee is not a tip, I will not ever have a Papa John's pizza again. You guys have pushed this too far. Tips are a privilege not a demand given to your customers. Pay your damn employees what they deserve instead of expecting the customers to do it. My family is joining this boycott.

Absolutely disgusting service. Stay well clear! Ordered a meal (£58.45) states driver on way. ETA 18.30. Then get a message saying ETA 18.40. Then a message saying order canceled! Rang the restaurant. And the woman on the phone. Or the manager could hardly speak English!!! Will never use them again
