I just ordered a Papa John’s pizza in Mexico City Mexico, they delivered it on a bike when it got here it wasn’t even warm. I opened the box and I started eating. I thought I was gonna throw up. This is the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Papa John’s in Mexico can’t do better than they need to hang it up. This was unacceptable.

I had a great experience with Papa John’in Edinburg Texas with a sweet young man Logan. Very good manners.

So I ordered pizza and a couple cheese sauces I didn't get the cheese sauces and I called them to tell them about it and they told me I'm screwed out of it and so I would never order from the Papa John's and Beech Grove cuz the manager was absolutely mean to me

Terrible customer service. Ordered a pizza to be delivered at a certain time and an hour later, till not here. I called to inquire about it and immediately got talked over by an employee about how it was football season and there were only two of them and he couldn't give me an update. He completely talked over me. Nasty individual. No one cares about how busy you are. That's not the customer's problem, however, I would have had more empathy if you would have at least attempted to give me some semblance of a time, even your best guess instead of just rambling on. Never again. I'll be ordering from the other pizza places near me where I haven't had to experience such nastiness.

Papa John’s is one of my all time favorite pizza places tonight we did online order ready at 6:16 PM we got there after 6:16 giving more than enough time it is 6:42 now I didn’t get my extra sauces that I paid extra for and the pizza I did get wasn’t what I ordered request no onions and beef of both pizzas and got spicy sausage and onions and the service was not great.. there were two guys making the pizza busting hump and one little guy putting boxes together with a lobby full of customers no one acknowledged the walk ins I stood in a line for 15 mins and finally said hey guys I have an online order it shows ready can someone check please but I paid for my extra sauces and didn’t get them. I know we have good days great days and then tough days but I didn’t get what I paid for and requested.

I received a text with a bonus papa Johns $10 dough for an order. I placed the order and it wouldn’t apply. Bait and switch! I refuse to order when given an offer that is not backed up. Order cancelled and further orders may be as well. Poor business management.

Pizza veel te laat bezorgd, er werd aangegeven tussen de 30 en 55 minuten maar het heeft dik 2 uur(!!!) geduurd. En, hoe is het mogelijk!?!, natuurlijk was de pizza koud. Dit is geen aanrader! Nooit meer, ik ga wel naar New York Pizza de volgende keer! Dan maar afhalen, beter dan dik 2 uur wachten op een koude pizza... Eric

We received our order through the delivery and disappointed by the hygiene of handling the boxes without a proper packaging, had expected to be handed by the delivery person sweating and not to touch the food box ordered. Perhaps proper food handing package paper or plastic bag despite the box☹️
