ordered a large thin crust mushroom pizza. Picked up the pizza. Opened the pizza at home; there might have been 20 mushroom pieces on the whole pie. I got a mushroom regular crust before and had the same problem. I'm not going to try a third pizza.

Hele slechte pizza. De olie drapt er vanaf. Nooit meer.

Supersnelle bezorging maar erg prijzig in verhouding van wat je van een authentieke pizzeria mag verwachten. Als snack, top. Als pizza minder

Website and app said open until 12:30am. Placed a to go order around 9pm, it was accepted via app. Drove 15 min to the store and lights are off with door locked. They had already taken my money on the app so called customer service and spoke with multiple "managers", they all said they had to call the location which of course didn't answer but left the back ordering system/computer on. They said they are open even though they didn't answer, and we have pics of being closed. Said they couldn't refund us and someone would call in 48 hrs to discuss. NOT acceptable and will never patronize this business again, actually not any Papa John's due to the business practices or lack thereof

Disappointed with how I was treated at this location.I came in to order food, and the lobby was completely empty. You have to ring a buzzer just to be let inside, yet the staff turned me away because I brought my bicycle into the large lobby with me. I explicitly explained that I did not have a lock and could not leave my bike outside to be stolen. The employee claimed that if they allowed me to bring my bike in, everyone would start doing it—which makes no sense given that they strictly control who enters via a buzzer. It felt like an arbitrary rule used to selectively target and turn away certain customers. Extremely unwelcoming and rigid service. I will not be returning.

you think you’re gonna be able to get your birthday rewards but they tell you you can’t get it because you’re not ordered in a long time and it shouldn’t be that way I was looking forward to my brownies for my birthday. I think this is kind of stupid. I go other places and I get my rewards and I don’t have to go there once a year to get my rewards so I don’t think I’ll be going to Papa Johns anymore this is just retarded how they’re doing people on getting their rewards.
