I've been using the CBD balm for about a week now & it is a miracle balm. I have arthritis in my knees & hands and most likely in my hip too. I put it on these spots morning, noon & nighttime and what relief I get. I'm so happy with it that I signed up for auto delivery. Thank you Papa & Barkley.

This company is stellar with their customer service. They helped me with my order and then when it arrived I realized I had ordered the wrong item. They sent me a shipping label to return it so I could get the correct product. Thank you Papa and Barkley! I don’t know what I would do without your THC rich releaf balm!

Their customer service is terrible!! I placed an order, which was paid in full 3 weeks ago l, and still haven’t received my order and you can’t call to speak to someone in Customer Service—you have to leave a message and “they will call you back”, which they still haven’t responded in over a week. Sending them an email is no different. Make sure you charge on credit card if you buy so you can dispute charges so they don’t take your money. The product is good, but the custom service is not!!

I love the CBD balm. I rub it on my back after working with kids all day and it instantly relaxes my muscles and helps me fall asleep. I will keep repurchasing this great product!!

After suffering from anxiety and having a lot of trouble falling asleep, the drops really help me relax. I take about 1.25 ml before sleep, and I like how the dropper is measured so you can adjust the dosage accurately. I find that waking up in the morning is easier and I feel well-rested.

Unbelievably bad customer service. I have not received delivery-- I have called and left mulitple messages and emailed and sent notes thru the help chat. NO RESPONSE.
