Love the CBD oil.

I tried several times to communicate with you that my shipping address had changed. I sent several messages to you but you never responded. As a result you sent product to the wrong address. Your web page makes it almost impossible to directly communicate to you. I have repeatedly tried to apply my papa points to my purchase. Again no response from you

I have only one complaint regarding the CBD rub and that is the odor. It would be great if it was possible to get the same pain relief without the odor. Other than that, I love the product and have used it for years.

Quite the turnoff to receive an email asking to rate the product I purchased prior to receiving it! Would have been much nicer to ensure I received the product satisfactory. Still waiting......
