I am a retired auto/truck mechanic and I have Arthritis in my hands and wrists. When I use my hands a lot, I get painful aching and swelling. Initially this relief balm worked excellent. Now that my knee pain has worsened, The product is still good but not as effective. I use it twice a day but the $90 jar goes very fast. Still will rebuy until I have my knee replacement.
