I am not sure how "friction" is applicable, but I had to pick something. In this case, the drops I purcahsed and used for twee weeks daily (recommended dose and all) did not make me feel any different, better or worse. The packaging also gave me grief; I couldn't for the life of me open this bottle and had to forcefully jam a knife into the wood closure on the side. Not crazy about this product, as is clear. I had such high hopes and feel disappointed (and somewhat taken for $60 :(
