love the Hemp Balm and Hemp oil

I made a mistake on my order during the BOGO 50% off sale, tried contacting them twice, but no response. Then they sent the order anyway. So it’s been exactly one week since I ordered, and STILL they have never replied to my emails! And now they want my review. Extremely poor customer service, because there is NO customer service involved with this company. If they couldn’t change my order, they couldn’t even be bothered to reply at all. No followup. Crickets. Products seems good.

Great end of month discount on cbd/thc balm. the first jar i bought in Cali said 3:1 on it with 3 cbd to 1 thc. it doesn’t say that on the mail order product. Also, the Cali product identified the first ingredient as cannabis. Mail order has hemp as first ingredient. what’s the diff? Oh, also tracking had product on truck July 3. it didn’t arrive until July 8. there was a 4th of July deal on for buy one/get one 50% off%. wanted to wait for the 1st order to arrive before i placed another order. is that deal still available?

I have sever arthritis and ligament pain in my fingers. I first used your product when it was bought for me by a friend. I was very pleased when I used it at night with an arthritis glove. When I ran out I bought another hemp type of lotion. I should have saved my money. MyPapa&Barkley salve arrived yesterday i immediately massaged it into my fingers. Later I was surprised that my hand/fingers felt better. After a night of salve and glove I could open and close my hand with little pain and stiffness AMAZING stuff😊

I received a small sample of the hemp infused balm at an event and it sat on my counter for a few weeks since I don't generally experience aches and pains. I live in Brooklyn and a friend came to visit and, after a full day of walking, felt some pain in her leg - so I gave her the sample to try and she said it really worked and took the edge off her pain! My pain subsided, inflammation and spasms were gone, and I was able to rehab with consistent strength training to get me back to 1. Thank you so much for giving me back joy and hope.
