I purchased the product on the 29 th for pain relief from cancerous tumor since I am in California assumed I would receive this by the 5 th of December a week after ordering while I was at the shipping address I listed When I learned it had not been shipped by the 2nd I contacted you by phone and email to let you know I was only at shipping address till the 5 th and that if the package could not come by then to use my home address and billing address No one answers your phone and No one got back to me till the following day a person called Cheryl just sent email saying she was combining two of my requests? But did not answer my question about shipping??? I contacted her by email to find out about shipping info and provided my phone and reiterated that I would not be at shipping address after the 5 th and product would need to be shipped to home and billing address Yesterday afternoon she finally said she would contact the distributor I then got a shipping notification last night around 11 pm stating the package was in Colorado still coming to the wrong address not the billing address as requested After waiting on the phone with usps for over an hour they informed me that they received the package from you yesterday at 6 pm and hours after Cheryl said she was handling this to ship and that They could not now change the address and that the package will not arrive before I leave!!!!! Your company had knowledge of the important shipping information for three full days and no one did anything!!!!! USPS said the delivery will arrive by the 6 or 7 ??? Which is 8 or 9 days After I ordered and paid for the product!!!! Even though I am in the same state as your company!!! You have the worst customer service and obviously do not care about your customers!!!!
