Speedy service. I placed my order on a Monday and received it on Friday. I’m trying the balm and body oil upon recommendations from friends. I’m hoping to find some relief for the arthritis in my hands and thumb joint. I’ve also been dealing with neck pain lately no doubt from arthritis that’s been there for several years. The smell is also more pleasant than other brands I’ve tried. It’s too early to tell if I’ll get relief but I think you just need to use it regularly.

I ordered over 1 week ago and yet to receive the order or any update regarding my order. I’ve emailed 3 times called 2 times to no avail. At this point I’m out $200+... highly disappointed to date. Please call me back to repair the issues. Since my last experience they again resent the order redeeming themselves. My hope is they continue working hard with all the customers. Love the Balm, it's given me exceptional pain relief from a newly diagnosed arthritic hip. It was highly recommended by a friend who uses it on her knee. I was skeptical but desperate so I tried it. Unbelievable results after 3 or 4 days! I no longer apply it regularly but get overnight improvement when I have a flare-up. Absolutely works for me. Service and delivery has been as promised, great company.
