I was introduced to this balm at my yoga studio after they introduced a CBD + Yin class. Since working from home I'm experience a lot of aches in my neck and leg from spending so much time sitting in front of a computer. I love this balm because it helps relax tense muscles without the pungent smell that you get from over the counter products like Icy Hot. A little also goes a long way so you get great value with the large jar.
