Not good never received my order. I'm owed $40 need a refund.

I have really surprised at the positive effects of the balm. My granddaughter bought the first one for me and now I am a Papa & Barkley customer.

I was really looking forward to getting my order. I have developed a new pain in my neck and my product has been delayed. It makes me leary that you are asking for a review and I haven't gotten the product yet.

Your product was recommended by our family doctor to my husband for his severe knee pain. It was replaced 11 years ago and has to wait a few months before it can be operated on again. In the meantime he will be using this product that gives him some relief.
