I ordered a knife for my grinder and either I ordered the wrong item or I was shipped the wrong item by mistake. Nevertheless I made one phone call to customer service explaining my situation and two days later I received the right item through express mail. They were great at understanding and were very pleased to help me. I am now one happy customer. I will be doing business again with Pantry Paratus.

This is the first time I have ordered from Pantry Paratus, and my purchases will be Christmas gifts, so I can't evaluate the products. I can say that it is easy to find items on the Web site. The presentations are accurate and appealing. The sale prices are quite good, as well as free shipping. Also, communication about a back order was immediate, and they gave me the choice of canceling. Also, my items were delivered within a couple of days, and we're in perfect condition.

I ordered something and received an e-mail quickly saying they were out of that color, and asked if it was for Christmas and if so I'd need to pick another color. It was, so I picked a new color and just a couple days later it arrived at my house. Very quick and courteous.
