I was very impressed with my most recent transaction (and past ones). I always get clear answers about products when I have a question. I never feel dumb for asking because PP is so eager to help. And the products are top notch and make my efforts so much easier and so much more efficient.

They had what I needed/wanted; prices were very good; most of all, the service I received was excellent (a rare commodity today).
