Got my refund by contacting my credit card company and raising a dispute. Sorted quickly. According to Royal Mail tracking (cost £16) , the parcel is still in Chinese customs waiting for clearance.

I paid for express delivery and it didn't arrive on time. I returned the items when they arrived by recorded delivery and it cost me £18.50. I have delivery proof and they will not refund my money as they say it hasn't arrived!! I contacted paypal and they said because the items weren't damaged they cannot help! I am now contacting the financial ombudsman to see if they can help.

Cheap quality, not as described, impossible to return, its a scam , highly advise not to purchase.

Hele slechte services en hele slechte kwaliteit. Ga hier niet meer bestellen, lijkt niet eens op de afbeelding. En met een goede oplossing komen doen ze niet. Erg jammer, meerdere kansen gegeven om me tegemoet te komen, maar helaas.

If I could give no stars, I would. Please save your money. While they respond quickly when you email them, you will not get your refund. I returned a bracelet in Novemeber that I ordered because it was big enough to fit a small child, not a grown woman. Shipping was late to begin with. I spent 15 dollars to send back for a refund and still here in March, they still claim to have not received my return. I am out 60+ dollars and the 15 I spent to return as they do not pay to ship back. Save. Your. Money. Do not order from here.

Llevamos con la devolución del producto mas de 2 meses y no reciben el paquete de aduanas, atencion al cliente nefasto, digas lo que les digas no contestan a lo que les pides. Una verguenza

Fatal la gestion de devoluciones, la devolucion corre a cargo del cliente, todo hasta aqui bien, ahora lleva mas de 1 mes el paquete parado en aduanas de China esperando a que Pangama envie la factura para poder entregar el paquete y no son capaces de hacer la gestion y por lo tanto no se me devuelve el dinero y tampoco tengo el producto

Paid for the express delivery and it’s literally 20 days and counting, I still haven’t gotten my items. And looking at the other reviews it’s bad quality jewelry. I’ve heard they’ll Tarnish in a couple weeks
