Ordered earrings for my daughter.When they arrived one was missing.I have tried for almost a month,to get my money back or send the earring.They keep telling me that they can't find my order.I am so angry with their crappy customer service.I would NEVER order from them again or recommend it!!!!

I am yet another customer who has lost a significant sum of money to this company due to their silence once I needed the correct address to return the goods. I am now left with out a refund and would need to pay the Courier to return the parcel to me. It would not pay me to do this.

Please please do not purchase anything from this company, I placed an order mid December last year for a Christmas present for my wife, I ordered extra items to take advantage of free delivery. On completion of the order I was offered a multiple choice of delivery destinations and I highlighted a collection point close to my home address. The items never arrived and once I had waited for delivery I contacted these people only to be told “the delivery address was wrong and I would need to supply an alternative address and pay for the new delivery address. I asked for a refund only to be told, items must be delivered and then returned for a refund! I am still waiting on a refund and now they are refusing to review my order. Absolute scam, don’t be drawn into this! Horrible customer service.

I confusingly started an order with them because the name was so similar to Pandora. After I started the order and realized they were not Pandora. I said OK well they had cute charm so let me give them a try. Not a smart idea! These pieces are cheap look like some kids made them and they’re not responding favorably for a return.

If I could give zero stars of world. Terrible customer service. Very deceiving company. I clicked on a oandora link from Facebook and it toom me to what looked like pandora right up until the payment Windsow when I realised it wasn't pandora. I tried to stop to payment butnit was too late. I instantly reached out to the company no responses till hours later where they advised this. I jave attached jed email below. There was no option to cancel directly after I checked everything with afriend who also couldn't see a cancel option. Very reviewing company. DO NOT BUY. even before they sent it out they denied me to cancel and are sending it anyway when I DONT WANT IT!

I purchased 4 charms during Christmas. I only bought them because I thought I was buying from another merchant. The name is very similar. Once I found out it was not the brand I was seeking I contacted. Pangama they told me that I would need to ship the items back to them. However, the items came from California and they required me to ship them to China. My order was $95. It was $20 to ship them back to China and Pangama reported they never received the item. I tried to dispute with my credit card, but they wouldn’t allow me. Do not buy from them they are dishonest and rude. And poor Quality

If I could rate this company zero stars, I would. Like many other reviewers, I believe this company is an absolute scam. I tried to cancel my order just two hours after placing it, but they refused to allow the cancellation. I returned the bracelet and charms immediately on the day they arrived because the quality was extremely poor, and I even paid the return shipping costs myself. Since December, I have been completely ignored despite multiple follow-ups regarding my refund of over €100. I contacted them again today and still received no response. In my opinion, this company is operating fraudulently and should not be allowed to continue scamming consumers. I hope other people read these reviews before purchasing from them.

Unfortunately the product quality is really bad. I ordered a charm with 3 details from the "Beauty and the beast". Though it arrived fast and looked beautiful, in less than a week one of the details lost its stone and the whole charm became black like the silver was wearing off. I contacted them and they sent me a second one for free which again, the second day of the arrival, lost the very same stone . (It was a light blue stone from the kettle )Spent 35 euro on nothing....
