I typed in Pandora and this came. I'd placed an order before I noticed. As soon as I received it I returned it. This was on the 8th January . It arrived in China about 2 weeks later. It's now the 9th March and I'm still waiting for the refund. Tracking says it's at customs in China. Everytime I contact Pangama asking if they can contact customs, all I get is when we receive it and inspect it you'll get your refund . AVOID AVOID !!!!

Terrible customer service. Returned item and will not refund my money.

This is my second review on this company and they’re affiliated with Shopify. On November 12, 2025 i placed an order with Pangama. Order #54008 a bracelet and 4 charms totaling $141.96. I received my order on November 23, 2025. I was not at all pleased with the charms so I requested to send them back. Mind you I had to send Multiple requests before they responded. I mailed the back four charms on November 24, 2025 with a tracking #LH260157553US. My items arrived at China customs on 1/29/2026 and have been sitting there ever since. After researching China customs it states the recipient is responsible for collecting there packages from customs. So Pangama has failed to retrieve the package and now I’ve pretty much lost the $19 shipping fee and the $90 refund they owe me and the four charms i sent back. I’ve lost multiple funds dealing with this company. This is a very bad experience for me being that Pangama has access to the returned items and also has failed to issue me my refund. Can anyone recommend an agency to report this company to so I can possibly retrieve my funds. I will also file a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Affairs don’t know if they’ll be able to help but it’s worth a try. This clearly isn’t normal proper behavior for a legitimate business. Also when I go to their page I’m unable to pull up my bill of sale. I can only access the sale saved in my email.And then they had the audacity to flag my review. I will be submitting a review on Google as well.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a Christmas present from them when it came it was child sized and cheap tacky charms. I raised a complaint and they asked to return it for a full refund. I explained I had already paid postage and to return to China tracked would cost £18 . I went through PayPal to raise a complaint. I returned the item the beginning of January tracked. I had little to no contact from the company. The bracelet was returned and has sat in customs for three months and they won’t collect the item. They’ve kept my money and return postage. They are a scam using algorithms and advertising with the Pandora name. They need to be investigated for fraud

Haven’t received by package place order in December now it’s march.call me and want return by call or refund my money.

Mistakenly order thinking it was real Pandora, emailed within 10 minutes of ordering to cancel the order was told it was too late already being processed. They sent the items, I then had paid £14 to return them the next day. Now they keep saying they have not received that was nearly 6 weeks ago. Have sent all the evidence to them, but continue to say not been delivered. Fuming! Is the understatement. Now I’ve got the fight to try and get my money I’ve lost. Do not use this company honestly feel I’ve been scammed by them.

If I could give zero I would. Like others I was caught trying to order from Pandora. Immediately relaided my mistake once I received the email confirming the order and tried to cancel but you have to do this within 15 seconds of placing the order. I Immediately set about processing a refund and was told I had to received items first. I sent them back in original packaging almost immediately after they were received. Tracking to China cost 20e. Not a mind they shipped from a warehouse in Dublin. The item is now held in a warehouse in China awaiting duty and Pangama are stating they won't process refund until they receive the item in their processing site. I've consulted and tye duty seems to be their responsibility. Unless they pay it goods will be shipped back to me so I will be another 20 e but will then need to file an issue with my own card company to show I have attempted to fulfill the returns process and that this SLEAZY company are not following through. A terrible company who are taking advantage of pandoraassociatoon by ensuring they are the first option when the search engine returns results. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
