I ask for the recovery email—the one they claim exists in their own instructions. Their response? "There is none." So begins the loop: back and forth, each message more useless than the last. Eventually, they say they'll "look into it." Then silence. Two weeks of nothing. Their own instructions promise a recovery email. Their support denies it exists. The account is dead on arrival. The money is gone. So is any pretense of service. Stay far away.
