My order never fulfilled and no refund
I will give them 3 stars for now because: My first few small orders of Twitter Impressions/Views were instant and smooth. However, when i ordered Twitter Poll Votes that i never received i contacted the customer support multiple times and they kept saying my order is processing in their system even though twitter poll session had already ended after 24 hours. Thank God i was smart enough to place a very small order because i wanted to test their services first. They don't provide any refund solution even if their system messes up your order when i asked and they responded: "Sorry, but this isn’t possible because the associated cost of your order has already been charged by our system." In the future if i see improvement in their services and refund policy then i will give them a 5 star ratings for sure.
