This site is a scam. They take your money, deliver followers then all of a sudden those followers vanish and your left fighting with "customer service". Huge let down. Stay away from this site and i hope this helps others out.

Avoid this company at all cost. When you pay for services they will never deliver it... I'm disputing them with my bank now. Say away from them... they are fraudulent

Don't use this platform. They will not deliver your order. I was lucky to only get scammed for $13.

Used Reddit a couple of times with okay results, though many votes disappeared. Twitter was terrible. Ordered comments, likes, and retweets, the comments and likes never came through. Support claimed retweets worked and blamed "post sensitivity settings" for the rest, yet insisted the order was "processing" and refused to cancel or refund credits. How can sensitivity block likes and comments but not retweets? Wasted time and money.

They refuse to fulfill orders.

DO NOT USE SOCIALPLUG. Today is September 2026—SIXTEEN MONTHS LATER—and I have received absolutely nothing. If you have a problem with your order, you will never speak to a human. You will be gaslit by a bot or a useless rep named "Tim" who just copies and pastes the same lies every single day: "It takes 48-72 hours," "servers are busy," "stuck due to an error," "wait 8-10 hours." They strung me along with these pathetic excuses for weeks, actively preventing me from filing a chargeback in time. The most disgusting part? On June 9, 2025, their rep promised in writing that if the order wasn't delivered in 24 hours, they would cancel it and refund my account. Instead of refunding me, they maliciously marked the order as "Completed" on June 20, 2025, delivered ZERO of what I paid for, and kept my money. When I finally confronted them after 16 months of being jerked around and demanded they honor their own written refund promise, they flat-out refused. They take your money, string you along with fake support tickets to burn out your chargeback window, mark the order as "Complete" when they've done literally nothing, and then refuse to refund you. It is textbook theft. David and Joosep should be ashamed of running such a scummy, incompetent operation. Avoid SocialPlug at all costs. They are thieves.

It's ridiculous. If your service is terrible, why are you selling it and claiming it's instant?

Failed an easy 50 likes order. Terrible bots and useless support. The order was so simple — just 50 likes, but they couldn't even handle that. They delivered the worst quality bots possible. I understand that the price is low, but all likes were instantly deleted by TikTok after a couple of hours. Not a single like is left, so the order is basically not fulfilled at all. They haven't been able to refill a tiny order of 50 likes for hours now. The support team is just pushing this situation to the background. It seems like such an easy order of just a few cents, nothing to complain about, but they couldn't manage even this simple task. Waste of time.
