An Unforgettable Experience Mr. Rick Castle and Ms. Sarah Walters are two names that will forever be etched in my memory. Intelligent, creative, patient and professional, they turned my "Hunter-Gather" manuscript about a frozen body found buried in the snow, high up in the Austrian Alps, into a gripping story of love, passion and betrayal. At the site where the mummified body lay buried in the snow, a broken arrow shaft was found lodged in his shoulder. In addition there was a crushing blow to the back of his head. It was obvious he was brutally murdered. Since he was discovered in the Otzal range of the Alps, he became known as OTZI, the Ice Man. Scientific evidence ascertained he lay buried in the snow for more than 5,000 years. It became the world's oldest COLD CASE. My keen, curious and analytical mind told me there must be a story. Panda Publishing Agency helped me transform my story into a vivid human saga of passion and betrayal. Set against the beauty of prehistoric Europe the book is about people like us who lived, fought and died like us -- not faceless cave dwellers. Remorseful of the choices they made, they were also capable of forgiveness and redemption. The story logically explains who murdered him and why. Panda Publishing Agency with their incredible and talented team designed a stunning and breathtaking front cover that is being admired and talked about. Their incredible Marketing Strategy is second to none. I am 88 years old. I am sure I must be their oldest author to have his book published.

Over the past few years I have delt with a number of publishers. Some good and some really bad but the experience I have had with Mikael has been much better and more professional than any of the other publishers have tried to do. He does a very complete and professional job.

I would like to give a strong and enthusiastic recommendation for Mikael Imani. Working with Mikael has been an exceptional experience. His expertise in the publishing process, attention to detail, and ability to guide projects with clarity and confidence truly set him apart. He is highly knowledgeable, responsive, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure both quality and success at every stage of the journey. Mikael provides not just project management, but genuine support. He communicates clearly, anticipates needs before they arise, and offers thoughtful guidance that helps authors feel confident, informed, and empowered. His professionalism is matched by his encouragement and dedication, making what can often feel like an overwhelming process smooth and enjoyable. Anyone looking for reliable, insightful, and results-driven support for their book would be in excellent hands with Mikael. He is a tremendous asset to Panda Publishing, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to both leadership and authors seeking the right partner for their publishing goals.

The help and support I have received from Jonathan Parks and Hector Rodriguez has been stellar. They are always quick to respond to my questions and output excellent content. I highly recommend this team to anyone self-publishing to KDP.

The final product was great. I am a stickler for grammar, seeing that revisions are properly captured, quick answers to inquiries. In every one of these categories, Panda Publishing came through. It might have taken a couple of go-arounds but neither Hector Rodriguez or Jonathan Parks gave up on my pickiness or got frustrated with me. I got good advice from them and they also respected my way of doing things. I am pleased with the results. I do think they could use a proof-reader who is stellar at grammar but I am not sure that is their strength per se. It seems their strength is knowing the publishing field, knowing what a book design should look like, being responsive to their client and not imposing themselves, and being patient and quick at turnaround.

It was a great experience working with Panda Publishing Agency, Jonathan Parks, the project manager for my book. He was great help to me because of his knowledge, and outstanding professionalism. He patiently guided me and consistently made me feel supported throughout the process. I would highly recommend Panda Publishing Agency and Jonathan Parks to anyone who wants to publish their book.

It was a pleasure working with Panda Publishing Agency and Rick Castle.

I’m absolutely amazed at the phenomenal job done with the publishing company. I was assigned to the team of Idris Mathews, Hector Rodriguez and finished with Jonathan Parks(please request him, Jonathan was on top of things quickly and timely and made sure deliverables were met). From the book design which was on point the first go round, to the editing, publishing and website. Everything was timely and I was kept updated on a weekly basis. I was published in less than two months with ongoing efforts to improve even after publishing. This agency and team was truly “God sent”. I will mostly certainly use them for any future books that I do. To see fruit of their amazing work. Search my name Jeremiah Isaiah Cain on google. Also my book Restored: A journey through adoption and mental health that lead to my purpose.
