This was a wonderful experience, the best part of working with panda publishing for me, was the communication and also punctuation in terms of written questions and response time, thank you so much for helping me to complete my first book and I will definitely be reaching out in the near future to publish my second book, thanks again panda publishing.

When I contacted Panda Publishing, I knew nothing about publishing a book. Mason Fernando was my first contact and super helpful. He worked with me for a while and then assigned me to Mikael Imani. Mikael couldn't have been any more helpful. I had so many book questions, technology questions and rewrites or revisions. I was working with windows 7, they were working with windows 10. What a learning experience! Mikael was very calm and super patient. My book, about my dad's life, is now published and an audiobook. So thankful! I will miss the almost weekly, sometimes daily, phone calls and emails from Mikael. What a great guy!

I thank Panda Publishing's Mikael Imane, Sara Greene, Mason Fernando, and its entire staff, for their exceptionally great job on my book “The Eternal Quest”. An outstanding unification of the ranks sprouted to build a team of literary geniuses in one exceptionally powerful circle. I received quick response to any situation, received well-thought-out suggestions, courteous handling of changes, etc. All I started with was a manuscript, and I received a thorough walk-through into a published creation. They even provided an amazing book cover idea. I salute the literary geniuses in that team for coming up with such beautiful literary excellence and mastery in the publishing field. The experience with the interaction was amazing that I might get my sixth book published by them. Again.

I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Mikael and his amazing team for helping bring my book to life. From the very beginning, their communication was clear, professional, and incredibly supportive. They guided me through the entire publishing process with patience and attention to detail, always making sure my vision for the book was respected. What stood out the most was how responsive and organized they were. Every question I had was answered promptly, and they made what could have been a very overwhelming process feel smooth and manageable. Their expertise, encouragement, and dedication truly made a difference in turning this project into a reality. If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares about the work they do and the authors they support, I highly recommend Mikael and his team. I’m very grateful for their help and the professionalism they showed throughout the journey of publishing my book.

I gave Panda Publishing Agency a 5 star rating. When I picked 5 stars it wasn't about the company as much as the individual I have worked with for just over a year now. Mikael Imani has taken on my project with the same passion and commitment as if it was his own. I trust his judgement. He demonstrates expertise in this industry and every recommendation he makes comes with my best interest at heart. Mikael always listens and responds not only in a timely manner but also with a well thought out answer and the guidance to take the next step. Mikael has supported me not only with the publishing and marketing of my work. More importantly he has supported me as a vulnerable writer who shared a story that was close to my heart. as authors we put our writing in others hands hoping for the best. Mikael has proven with every interaction that he holds my work with care and respect. I couldn't say more about his integrity and honesty.

I really appreciate Rick Castle and Sarah and the rest of my team who took time and explained everything to me in detail that was going on. Being the first time publisher I didn't know what to expect But as time went on and as we progressed with the book it all made sense and I became more confident in the way things were being done. They are a great team and they work very hard to make me happy. The name of my book is the story of Malikai The Climber. It's an excellent book to read to your children or grandchildren to help Inspire them in life.

My husband has written 3 books and always wanted to publish them. He found Panda Publishing and we were given Rick Castle as our person. Rick has been absolutely wonderful, helpful and patient. He calls to keep up with us and is always available when we need him.

I worked with Rick Castle in publishing my manuscript. He mentor me all the way through. In running the advertisement, he made sure that I approve it. He and his team did a good job.
