I have placed many orders with panda and have had great success with them, even when I had problems with my design, they help bring it to life, great customer service and support, make process easy, will be given them more work, I go to them to help make my design come to life

The order process was quick and easy. The pricing is phenomenal. When I requested a revision, they completed it accurately and quickly with no hassle. The total time from production to shipping was only about 4 days. Once the order shipped, I received it in 3 days. The combination of print and embroidery ensured the color and essense of my vision was captured perfectly. The pataches are made with quality materials and the stitching is perfect. The colors and design are spot on; I love the patches and so do my members. I recommend Panda Patches.

Great experience overall. And the company worked with me to adjust the template I submitted. Would recommend and use again in the future.

Came faster then expected loved it .Great customer service .Kept me updated all the time.

Absolute garbage quality patches. Ordered 100 patches for a retirement event they did not show up in time and when they did a week later the quality was horrible and 2 of the words misspelled some of the text not even legible. threads coming off of the patch and they ignored requests to refund this due to missing the delivery date and quality. Made in China but they lead you to believe they are made in US

Ordered 100 embroidered patches for our youth wrestling club and couldn’t be happier. The quality was exactly what we designed — clean stitching, colors came out great. When an unexpected customs fee came up on my end, Lance handled it immediately without any hassle. That kind of customer service goes a long way. Will definitely be ordering again for our next season.

On behalf of Harvest Preparatory School Cheer, I would like to give a huge thank you to Panda Patches and especially Lance for providing outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. From our very first conversation, Lance was extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we received exactly what we needed. When our patches arrived, we were beyond impressed! The quality is amazing, and they adhered perfectly to our cheerleaders' backpacks. The finished product exceeded our expectations and looks absolutely fantastic. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping bring our vision to life. It is rare to find a company that combines excellent products with exceptional customer service, but Panda Patches delivered both. We will definitely be ordering again, and I already know our coaches are going to want their own Harvest Prep Warriors patches once they see them! Thank you again, Lance, and the entire Panda Patches team. We truly appreciate everything you have done for our program. — Harvest Preparatory School Cheer
