Absolute garbage quality patches
Absolute garbage quality patches. Ordered 100 patches for a retirement event they did not show up in time and when they did a week later the quality was horrible and 2 of the words misspelled some of the text not even legible. threads coming off of the patch and they ignored requests to refund this due to missing the delivery date and quality. Made in China but they lead you to believe they are made in US

We make every patch at our own facility in Pakistan — not brokered, not China — and it's a US-registered company in Austin. Owning the floor is why we can offer a 5-piece minimum and free worldwide shipping at these prices. I'm sorry that wasn't clear before you ordered; it's now on our FAQ. If the patches themselves fell short in any way, our guarantee applies — reply or email me and we'll put it right. — Imran, founder
