Patch For LALM
The final line on the patch was not very clear. Other than that, it's all good.
Response from Panda PatchesOct 19, 2026
Thank you, Roger, and for the honest note. Small text is the hardest thing in embroidery, and we should have flagged that line at the mockup stage rather than let it go through. If you email me at [email protected] I'll look at the file with the digitizer and see whether a larger font or a woven version fixes it for your next batch. — Lance, Panda Patches

Order fulfilled after a bumpy ride
Initially I received excellent service and what I considered to be a fair price. The company was very communicative. My order ended up being shipped to the wrong address and then they stopped responding. After the review they reached back out and apologized and refunded my order along with delivering the original order. They apologized and made it right. I am happy with the outcome.
Response from Panda PatchesSep 24, 2026
Thank you, Michelle — and sorry again for the wrong-address delivery and the silence after it. That's not how we work, and we've fixed the process that let it happen. Glad the replacement arrived right. — Lance, Panda Patches

I have used them quite a bit
I have used them quite a bit, but my last experience the quality was not that great. I reached out to them and they made things right.
Response from Panda PatchesOct 19, 2026
Thank you, Mikaeel, for the honesty and for giving us the chance to put it right. One weak batch after several good ones isn't the standard we want, and the remake was the right call. If anything on the next order is off, email me directly at [email protected]. — Lance, Panda Patches
