I’ve had a great experience so far…
I’ve had a great experience so far ordering PVC patches! Sometimes the process takes a little longer than expected but the results were great! Had so many back and forth emails to make sure they were perfect before production and got proofs of a fully made patch before full production. VERY happy with the product and I’ve been a repeat customer now!

Order fulfilled after a bumpy ride
Initially I received excellent service and what I considered to be a fair price. The company was very communicative. My order ended up being shipped to the wrong address and then they stopped responding. After the review they reached back out and apologized and refunded my order along with delivering the original order. They apologized and made it right. I am happy with the outcome.

Embroidered Rush Order
Had Panda make a rush order for an event. Staff were helpful, product arrived in time and good condition. Mine was a printed/embroidered patch with velcro backing. Happy with the quality, did what they say they would do. Courier via DHL, who got it shipped to the UK and arrived 2 days ahead of schedule. Very satisfied customer.
