In 2/8/2019 @ 5:56 pm, I went to Panda Express #1156 on FM1960 & Eldridge, Houston, TX. I placed a to-go order: 1 Panda bowl of rice & string beans/$6.20; 1 entree honey/walnut shrimp/$2.65. Total+tax: $9.58. It took 15 mins to get my order. I ate in my car. After 2 forkfuls of rice & string beans, something felt like a string was in-between my teeth. I pulled it & it was black hair. I used my penlight & yes, it was hair. I turned my food around & found some locks of hair mixed with the beans. It was gross! I went back in. I looked @ all the employees. No one was wearing hair nets, only caps, which didn't really hold the employees' hair in-place. Most of the female employees there had long hair. They're not even tied or bunned neatly. I spoke to the mgr. Showed her the food w/ hair using my penlight. She said "sorry" & asked if I want a fresh batch. There was no shocked-look on her face; didn't say anything else; as if this is a regular occurrence. I said "NO! You all need to wear hair nets". She just nodded her head. I wanted a refund. I NEVER went back to ANY Panda Express since that experience, nor my family.

I'm a avid fan of Panda Express in Longview I really love there food I always eat lunch and sometimes dinner too coz the food is so great! But It caught my attention about those people that wearing black shirts I assumed they are the MANAGERS. Panda is always busy but I never see those people helping those crew. There are some tables that is dirty, trash are high as the mountain and there is a girl that came and run to clean the table as fast as she can and go back to serve, While the manager is just standing there and NOT helping and playing with their phones. I thought as a manager you should help out! But I guess panda don't allow managers to do those things (cleaning the tables and take the trash out). They probably paid more by just standing and playing phone. I feel sorry for those crew that work so hard dealing with a BAD AND LAZY MANAGERS! I love the past manager that I used to see there he is kinda Indian guy. He help the crew when it gets so busy. Please do some actions they don't deserve to be in that position and I heard them cursing too! what a bad environment! It's very unprofessional!

I just drove about 20 miles to cherryhill location and was very upset . I was given wrong chicken in drive thru , the girl had an attitude because I answered that I wanted chicken instead on saying I wanted chow mein . My Noodles and chicken was cold . I got my change at the window and she dropped my change on the ground . She needs to be retrained .

I want to Panda Express what is the shrimp in the teriyaki chicken and they had in the half and half they had no chow mein so I waited 20 minutes for that I ordered the exercise of shrimp soup which I never got the chicken was burnt I mean really burnt and I didn't even get a receipt so I'm leaving this review because I want to talk to corporate about a refund thank you

the women who served us had a bad attitude and i ordered a large dr pepper and it’s foul. it taste super water down and nasty. if i had more time i would’ve went in and said something. i don’t think sometbing in it is right is made my tongue numb.

I have loved ur product since my first bite more than 20 plus years ago. After servering my country it was an important taste of home for me. I also know that customer service is a hall mark of your company. Yesterday(Dec15th) at the Everet Mall Panda Express around 5:30 6pm I placed a 2 item entres order of Blk pepper and teriyaki chicken. Two of the servers were rude, and was made to feel disrespected and undervalued as a customer. The situation could have been resolved with a less than two inch piece of teriyaki chicken.The served portion was light based on years of dinning with you. In stead I was threatened (in an agressive tone) with an up charge and dismissive attitude. I know there are guideline for servings but it`s subjective, and most servers use reasonable judgement. I`ve seen this discretion appropriately applied to many customers over the years of patronage. As a military veteran and long time customer I felt these two servers do not represent nor rise to the caliber of employee(s) Panda Express deserves. one star on this day

I absolutely love Chinese food, and I have tried a lot of places, I love the food in the Panda Kitchen, it's freshly cooked, it's hot when delivered, the food is fab, the staff brilliant and go out of there way to get wot order u want, and the best is its a family ran business that work so hard, so if u have a problem there on hand to help solve what ever is wrong, 5***** all the way
